Health Care Insurance For AKMG Members

It is time to renew our health insurance.With the recent turn of events it was mandatory we have better cover this time.We have managed to get the cover upto Dhs 250,000 this year without any additional increase in premium. So all the members who are interested should send their cheques at the earliest.Like last year all members can join only as a group.Those who miss out will have to wait until next year!
You may complete the form by downloading it from the link below and send it along with the cheque either to Dr.T.C.Satish or your Chapter Secretary. All those who are renewing need not send the pp copy and photo but please do fill up the form for the sake of records.Please inform your friends as well.Chapter secretaries are requested to forward this email to all members.
Our insurance ends on 9th june. So we shall have the cut off date as 7th june evening.Any further delay will jeopardise our insurance cover.Hence hurry up!!!
